WHEN AND WHERE IS THE EVENT?

The Hurricane Florence Benefit Concert will be held on Sunday, November 11th, 1pm to 11pm at the TicketReturn.com Field Pelicans Ballpark.

PROCEEDS TO BENEFIT LOCAL DISASTER RELIEF EFFORTS

Our goal is to raise as much money as possible to support our local community and individuals impacted by the disaster. This will be a low cost event with most labor and services donated and proceeds will go to local charities.

All proceeds will go to the Area Recovery Council through the Waccamaw Community Foundation to support disaster relief efforts in Horry and Georgetown counties, as well as the Eastern SC Chapter of the American Red Cross to support disaster relief efforts in the counties of Horry, Florence, Darlington, Marlboro, Dillon, and Marion.

There is very, VERY little cost for this event – from lighting to staging, to artists, to location, people are coming together to donate their labor and services and we can’t thank them enough.

To learn more about the Eastern SC Chapter of the American Red Cross visit - https://www.redcross.org/local/south-carolina/about-us/locations/eastern-sc.html

Did you know that an average of 91 cents of every dollar the Red Cross spends is invested in humanitarian services and programs, including disaster relief. Learn more about where the donation goes -  https://www.facebook.com/redcross/videos/294708317988200/

All involved in getting this event off the ground did a lot of homework to find the best outlets that would take care of our neighbors. We hope you guys will come out and support the community.
